Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Pradipta Kumar Ray, an individual (sole proprietor) (TODO-LEGAL: your business address, which is shown publicly (a PO box or office address is fine), GSTIN TODO-LEGAL: GSTIN, if registered) for use of GMB Review Reply (the extension and website).

The service

GMB Review Reply drafts replies to reviews using AI. Drafts can be wrong or unsuitable. You are responsible for reading, editing and deciding whether to publish every reply. The service never publishes replies for you.

Independence

GMB Review Reply is an independent product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google, Meta (Facebook), Yelp, Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia Group, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Zomato, OpenTable, TheFork, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Deliveroo or Just Eat. Their names are used only to say where the extension works, and all trademarks belong to their owners. These sites can change their pages at any time, which may temporarily stop the extension from working on them. We do not promise any effect on search rankings, ratings or traffic.

Accounts and free trial

You need a verified email. Each person or business may use one free trial of 10 drafts in total. Creating extra accounts to obtain more free drafts is not allowed, and we may suspend such accounts.

Paid plans

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments (Dodo Payments, Inc. / its affiliates TODO-LEGAL: confirm the exact Dodo contracting entity for India), which is the merchant of record for all orders and handles billing, invoicing, taxes, refunds and payment-related customer service under its own terms.

Currency. Prices are in US dollars. If we offer prices in your local currency in future, the currency will be set by the country you signed up from, and you won’t be able to choose another country’s prices. If you signed up from the wrong country (for example while travelling) and haven’t paid yet, email us and we’ll correct it.

Launch prices. Our first 100 paying customers get launch prices. If your first payment is at launch prices, you keep launch prices for every plan and every renewal for as long as you keep your account, even if you cancel and come back. After the launch spots are taken, new customers pay our standard prices. Deleting your account, or a full refund of your first payment, gives up your launch prices.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in US dollars, and renew automatically until cancelled. Each plan includes a monthly number of drafts and business profiles. Unused drafts do not roll over. Prices are shown including applicable taxes where Dodo Payments’ checkout shows them so; any GST/VAT is calculated and collected by Dodo Payments at checkout. A draft counts when it is successfully generated, including regenerations; failed generations are not counted.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to write fake, misleading or abusive content, to impersonate others, to reply on profiles you are not authorised to manage, or in breach of the review sites’ policies or applicable law. Don’t attempt to bypass limits or misuse the service. You are responsible for following each review site’s own rules for business replies.

Your data

How we handle data is explained in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. TODO-LEGAL: review limitation clause

Termination

You can stop using the service anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: TODO-LEGAL: courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha (confirm with your lawyer).
